Unit 108 VACATIONS, yes!

When ever you can, take a vacation.

VACATION

an extended period of leisure and recreation, especially one spent away from home or in traveling.

You earned this time off
TAKE IT. TAKE THAT YIME OFF.

Way too often, we work too hard, too many hours, for an extended period of time. We burn out. After trying a comeback, we find that we are not able to shake off that work mode.

This is very unhealthy, especially if you are a diabetic. We need rest. As this challenge (diabetes)! continues in your life, the more and more you will find that’s you need rest.

Indeed, I left CCF (Cleveland Clinic) quick, my Bike "MICHAEL" made me feel like I was flying.

The picture on the left was taken at Glacier National Park in Montana. It’s one of the most beautiful national parks in the United States. Try to go if you can try to visit all the national parks.
I have love for you. Bobby, Susan, and Sydney.
